Grade Graph

GradeGraph makes it possible to see a student's changing grade progress over time.  By capturing every student's grade in every section and storing it in the database, it becomes possible to visualize this information in an easy-to-consume format.  This plugin enables a graphical view of student performance in the admin, teacher, and student/guardian portals.  The teacher portal even has a graph that shows all students in a section in a single chart.
